Lubricants app

Goals

A comprehensive international iPad application designed for engineers working in the field, aimed at unifying and simplifying the lubricant determination process on a large scale. The app generates actionable documents and PDFs specifically tailored for ExxonMobil customers, aiding them in making informed lubricant business decisions effectively.

Research

In-depth exploration involved conducting both qualitative and quantitative research on existing solutions, engaging in insightful interviews with engineers, as well as gathering valuable perspectives from stakeholders.

Design

The project implemented a double diamond approach, emphasizing tight integration among product, engineering, and design. While the wireframe, user flow, and requirements process were extensive, the visual design and prototype phase saw a quicker completion, attributed to the project's heightened focus on UX and technical aspects.
